Mon approche th\u00e9rapeutique est fond\u00e9e sur des m\u00e9thodes valid\u00e9es scientifiquement, visant \u00e0 restaurer le bien-\u00eatre et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre mental.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Troubles anxieux :<\/strong>&nbsp;Les troubles anxieux peuvent se manifester par une inqui\u00e9tude excessive, des tensions ou des peurs irrationnelles.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.has-sante.fr\/upload\/docs\/application\/pdf\/guide_medecin_troubles_anxieux.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ma prise en charge inclut des strat\u00e9gies de th\u00e9rapie cognitive et comportementale (TCC) pour aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ainsi que des techniques de relaxation et de gestion du stress<\/a>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D\u00e9pression :<\/strong>&nbsp;La d\u00e9pression est un \u00e9tat qui affecte profond\u00e9ment l\u2019humeur et les pens\u00e9es.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.has-sante.fr\/upload\/docs\/application\/pdf\/2017-10\/depression_adulte_fiche_de_synthese_pec.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00c0 travers un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9, je propose des interventions visant \u00e0 retrouver une dynamique de vie positive, en travaillant sur les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives et en r\u00e9activant les comportements plaisants<\/a>.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Burn out :<\/strong>&nbsp;Le burn out, ou \u00e9puisement professionnel, n\u00e9cessite une approche sp\u00e9cifique pour red\u00e9finir les limites entre vie professionnelle et personnelle. Je vous accompagne dans la reconstruction de votre espace de travail et dans la red\u00e9finition de vos objectifs professionnels.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rem\u00e9diation cognitive :<\/strong>&nbsp;La rem\u00e9diation cognitive est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les fonctions cognitives alt\u00e9r\u00e9es, telles que la m\u00e9moire, l\u2019attention ou le raisonnement.
